it's a journey, part II

Because we’re on a journey, I decided to take photos en route, not just at specific locations. It’s quite challenging – I keep the camera hanging around my neck most of the time, so I can quick pull it up to snap the shot. Of course, with a digital camera, quick is a relative term – it takes several seconds for my camera lens to open. Even more challenging is trying to hold the camera out in the wind, kind of see what it’s pointing at, and try not to get an antenna or vehicle or big tree in the shot! But quite a few of the photos have actually turned out – yahoo!! And it’s great having pics of the scenery as we see it, driving along. (sorry mom – you probably shouldn’t be reading this!)
