RV factory tour

We have a book "Made in America" about different tours you can do. One of those is Country Coach, a company that makes RVs. And it's close to our great beachside "home." So we headed over for a tour. I called ahead and we ended up with a private tour, just Greg and I and our guide. And she was great, very informative, told us lots about the company before and now (they are going thru Chapter 11), and all about the process, and answered all our questions. It was really interesting! We took over three hours of her time, and she seemed absolutely happy about spending the time with us.

These photos walk through some of the main stages.

First the chassis,

then the batteries, main wiring, framing for slide-outs, engine...

then the rest of the wiring, cabinetry, main supporting walls and roof,

then the final put together before painting.
