Right now, at 10:45 am, it's still -4.5 degrees (yes, negative!). With steady winds of 20 mph that translates into a wind chill of 27 degrees below zero, and the wind gusts make it worse, down to 40 below!! Brief exposure can lead to frostbite and even death...
