if you have a weak stomach

don't look further... Here are pics of just a few of my injuries, nine days later. We have no photos of our owies from earlier. Shame on me - and I call myself a scrapbooker! lol

My leg looks WAY better than it did! Absolutely great!

I'm still concerned about getting my fingerprints back. Altho a life of crime could become easier. just kidding. The black is still from the pavement and the dirt - it will eventually go away. It's hard to tell, but these became hard blisters first, then the continued rolling down the road ripped up the blistered skin down to the flesh - some of that hardened skin is still hangin' around. I'm a bit nervous about these getting infected or just the skin moving around, so I'm not using these fingers yet.

This one gives me the most grief. It's the outside of my right hand. Part of it is still weeping. I try not to move the wrist much and aggravate it further.

Because my left fingertips are still open wounds with potential to rip open further, and my right wrist and elbow are still in rough shape, with possibility to crack open, I'm not doing much. Greg is taking care of everything, including me.

But we were VERY fortunate to have walked away, and have such minimal wounds. Here is a picture of the bike after we got it back to Milwaukee, to a Honda dealer for insurance purposes:

Ouch! I agree with you that you are VERY lucky but still, that looks painful!
